This is one of our favorite go to meals. Gluten-free fusilli pasta with grilled chicken, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and roasted peppers all tossed with a house-made basil pesto. Right out of the fridge is good but we recommend serving slightly warmed.

Classic elevated. Seared chicken with jasmine rice, egg, peas, carrots, scallions then topped with a crispy Vietnamese style caramelized ground chicken and chilis. You'll never look at fried rice the same again.

We fry up Shriners breakfast sausage with the perfect blend of onions and peppers and crispy potatoes then topped with a mix of freshly grated cheddar and Monterey. Eggs will be whisked in separate container so all you have to do is pour over top and bake and enjoy!
